Copying Excel Charts to Powerpoint

Does anyone know how to maintain the colors you have used in creating excel
charts when you copy them to powerpoint? I don't want to give someone acess
to my excel data, I only want them to have a picture of the charts but the
colors are not showing up so the pictures are mostly black, white, and grey.
Please help

Either choose a color printer driver in Excel before copy/pasting as picture or
select the info in Excel, Copy, switch to PPT, choose Paste Special, Link.

The charts will then update when you update your excel sheet but the data won't
be embedded in the PPT.

If you like, and have no further need of updates, you can ungroup the charts to
convert them to PPT drawing objects, then regroup.
