Copying contacts?

Hi
I am trying to copy my Contacts to an other PC using flash memory. For some
reason no success? I seam to copy a lot extra on top of Contacts and
therefore cannot proceede to the end of the .pst import wizard. Are there
instructions to do that?

Yes. Never export or import.
Copy the Contacts into a PST file.
Open that PST file in the other installation.
 
Try creating a fresh PST file using the File menu > New > Outlook Data File
command. Then copy your Contacts folder to it, close the PST (right click on
the root of it and choose Close), exit Outlook.

You can then take that PST file to the other PC, open it using the File menu
Open > Outlook Data File command and drag/drop whatever data you want into

the folders on that PC.

I have Outlook 2000. I can only create PST folder, not file. I do not seam
to be able to move it outside the PC? Any ideas?

Not so.

File > New > Personal Folders File will allow you to create a PST file.

Once you exit Outlook you can move that file anywhere you want.
