Copying calendar in exchange server

We just updated our network to include exchange server in conjunction with
Outlook 2003. Is there a way to copy our entire personal calendar to the
public calendar set up on the exchange server? Thanks in advance for the
help.

switch to a table view - group by works well - and select and drag the items
to the public calendar. You'll need copies left in the local calendar if you
want to receive reminders.
