Copying and pasting objects to another database

Sorry if this is a dumb question, but is there a quick way to copy all the
forms, reports, queries, etc. to a new database file, or do I have to select
and copy each individually? I'm trying to reduce the size of my database and
have heard that copying all the objects to a new file can help.

Thanks.

Start a new blank database. Click File > Get External Data > Import.
Navigate to the old database. Click the Tables tab, and select tables as
needed or choose Select All. Repeat with Queries, etc. Click the Options
button to be sure you are importing other things you need such as custom
toolbars. Click OK.
It is a good idea to turn off Name AutoCorrect before importing. In the new
blank database, click Tools > Options > General, and deselect the
AutoCorrect options.
