Copying an entire folder

I need to be able to "archive" a single mail folder from outlook to an
offsite location. Is there an easy way to do this? So far, the quickest
way that I have found is to forward in-line every message. That really
sucks because I lose all of my topics.

Thanks,

Scott

You can export that folder & its contents to a PST file.

Create a new PST with File>New>Outlook Data File. Once you have that PST in
your Folder List, right click the folder you cant to duplicate and choose
Copy. When prompted for the destination, select the new PST. Click OK.
Once the copy completes, right-click the new PST ans choose Close. The next
time you stop Outlook you can copy that PST wherever you wish.
