Copying Address Book

I would like to copy the Address Book that works with Outlook 2000
(Win 98)on one computer to be the Address Book that works with Outlook
2003 (Win XP) on another computer. How do I do that? Is there a file
I can transfer from the first computer to the second? And if so,
where does it go? Thank you.
 
Outlook does not use a separate address book. All Outlook data is in one
file. The file you need to transfer is your Personal Folders file (*.pst)
It's where all the mail, calendar, contacts etc are stored.
