Copying address book from Outlook Express to Outlook

I have my address book in Outlook Express and have now
changed my default email to Outlook. How do I copy my
old address book in Express over to my new default
Outlook.

Thanks for any help
 
Hi Frank,

From Outlook (not the address book), click file/import and export/internet
mail and addresses....
