Open the source and target files, and in the source file right click on the
worksheet tab of the worksheet you want to copy.
In the dialog box that follows, select the destination workbook from the TO
BOOK combo box, indicate where you want the copy placed by selecting the
sheet in the BEFORE SHEET list box, click the COPY checkbox and click OK
Open both workbooks, right click the sheet tab of the sheet you want to
copy, select "Mover or Copy" then find the other workbook in the dropdown,
check copy and click OK

There is a way to trick Excel if you wnt to copy a worksheet which has
a large amount of characters in a cell. You tell Excel to move the
worksheet. After you do that you do NOT save the file that the
worksheet was apart of. There is one caveat--you must have two or
more worksheets in the file you are moving but really copying a
worksheet from.
