Copy word doc. to e-mail problem

When copied to the body of the e-mail message some lines of data will extend
way out beyond other lines. Attaching the data is not an option for some
people so I must add my text to the message body. I'm baffled, please help.

You have to set the document's margins to be that of the e-mail window.
