I know how to package a completed presentation for CD, but I want to copy an
unfinished one to take with me when I travel so I can work on it from my
laptop. I understand once it's packaged for CD you can't add anything. So how
can I just copy what's done so far and continue working on it on another
computer?

Hi Myrna

Instead of copying to CD, copy to folder (an option in the package for CD
dialogue) on your computer then move that folder onto a usb stick. When you
want to work on it on another computer, copy from the usb on to the local
drive (never work directly from a usb), make your changes & repeat the
process. The computer will have to have the full version of powerpoint
installed for you to make changes.
