Copy to Main

I have a worksheet with sheets jan 04, feb 04, mar
04...,dec 05. The workbook also has a menu sheet.

I have an exact copy of the sheet set up in another folder.

I will be emailed the first sheet weekly and was wondering
if there is a way I can copy all values from the sheet i
receive weekly onto the main sheet? Bearing in mind that
the main sheet will already have values in the different
sheets so it will somehow have to copy check if there is
data in a cell before copying

Sorry I know i didnt explain it very well.....let me know
if you need any more info
