how do i Copy text/tables grouped together from 1 doc and paste and rotate in

(although the text in the table can be rotated).
I take it what you're trying to do is create mixed landscape/portrait pages?
In Word, you need to insert a pair of next page section breaks (Insert/Break),
click in the first of the two new sections this creates, then change the page
orientation (File/Page Layout).

Word doesn't support rotating just text. Nor does it support rotating a table
(although the text in the table can be rotated).
