Copy table structure info

For documenting reasons I need to copy the table structure info
(fieldnames, -types, indexes) to for instance Word and Excel. When I open
the table in design mode and select one or all rows Access won't let me copy
it. Any hints or code that accomplish this?
Thanks,
john

Select Tools | Analyze | Documenter. Open Options to define requirements for
Tables, Fields and Indexes. Select the Tables desired. Click OK. Select Tools
| OfficeLinks | Publish it with MS Word.

Thanks! Exactly what I need since I can easily past the info from the table
to Excel and Word.
