Copy & Paste

Starting with Column D and Cell D1, i'd like to copy ever other cell al
the way down to D451. (ie. D1, D3, D5, D7, etc... to D451)
and paste the contents of the copy to A1, A3, A5, etc...

Is there a quick script for that
 
For i=1 to 451 step 2

Range("A" & i).Value = Range("D" & i).Value

Next i
