When using Copy in Windows Explorer and then Edit paste in Outlook "My
Documents" folder, the copied file ends up being "CUT" from its original
location. Why?

Outlook doesn't have a "My Documents" folder, unless you created one. What
version of Outlook are you using and where is this "My Documents" folder
located.

Outlook 2000 has My Documents as a folder in the Folder List

OK. You have a shortcut to your My Documents folder on your Outlook bar.
Personally, since Outlook is not a file management tool, I would never do
that. Does the same thing happen if you paste it into the My Documents
shortcut on your Desktop?
