COPY PASTE functions are not working.

Hi,

I have a server running Windows 2000 Server with Service
pack 4 and all necessary security patches. This is a file
server and recently I did an OS reinstallation due to a
hardware failure. After that Copy/Paste/Move commands are
not working on any file or folder in all drives in this
server. But I can create new file or folder in any drive.
Using the command prompt also it is the same. I can select
the copy command on any file or folder but the paste
option is not appearing (Gray out).

Please advice
 
Hi Niel,

Were you able to resolve this problem? I have the same symptoms and I
just ran all antivirus tests and my system is clean yet I am still
having the copy and paste problems.
