copy or move a folder

Is there a way to copy or move a folder of emails from
outlook to My Documents in XP?

You can save each individual message in your file system, in the format you
wish. I don't know of any way to 'batch process' this for a whole folder of
mail messages, but search www.slipstick.com ?
