copy list of created autotools

have created long list of shortcuts in auto-tools - want to copy it to new
computer going from Word 2002 to Word 2007 - how do I do this or at least how
to print a list of shortcuts so I know what to reenter
 
You can print a list of keyboard shortcuts via the Print dialog box (Ctrl+P).
For "Print what," choose "Key assignments," and then click OK.
