You can copy group policy with GPMC:

But if You need the same (exactly) GPO on two different OUs You can
think about linking GPO instead of copying it.

Thanks for reply. However my network uses Windows 2000 server and I believe
the copy facility in GPMC does not work on Windows 2000? I wondered if there
were other tools.
I am now thinking about just a print out and then a self creation - again
using GPMC not sure if possible. Do you think I could install on a Windows
XP client and print out from there?

So You can install it on the XP box and then use in Your AD forest.
