Copy from Outlook into Excel

I saw the response to copying/pasting a form into Excel and can do that
easily, problem is that one of the fields is limited by Outlook and cuts off
half of the paragraph when pasting into Excel or textpad. How do I reset the
field size past 255 characters, or even 110 characters when copying from an
Outlook custom form?
