I have a failing hard drive that has excel 2003 on it and I need to copy the
program to another hard drive on my computer. How do I find the program and
how do I copy it to g drive.

Hi Bob
The problem is I do not have the original instal disk, just the program
that is on my c drive which is as I said failing. I just installed a new
drive and want to be selective on which programs I move. I could just mirror
the disk but I have more on the c than will fit on the g drives. All I want
to do is have the program safe for now. 2003 is a little hard ro come by but
I can not afford to get another copy or hard drive, after the fire I have
limited resources.
Thanks for any help you can give

Not possible to simply copy an installed Excel to another drive.

Too many Registry entries to deal with.

As Bob states............re-install from the CD
