Copy email folder

Is it possible for me to copy a particular folder from within my Outlook 2003
to a disc? If not, what is the best way to deliver a copy of the folder to
another person?

Its easier to create a new pst( Data File) and copy whatever to that, prior
to emailing that pst to whoever
