copy design of a form for new data base?

We want to use same form as last year for applications but the data base is
coming from a new location. Is it possible to replicate the form and use it
with new data base?
 
Click on FILE- Get External Data - Import and find the old database.
Highlight the form and import. Check the record source as you may need to
import the query also.
