Copy Data validation

Hi,
This question was probably answered before, but I couldn't find it. When I
set validation to, say b1, as a list and the source is range of cells, say
b10:b12, then I want to apply the same validation to c1, I copy, as it's
described in Help, b1 to c1, but the validation source shifts to c10:c12. Is
there a way to copy the validation to a cell(s)? Thank you very much in
advance.

make sure your validtion list is based on fixed references
ie =$b$10:$b$1

Thanx, Alex. Totally missed this point. Also, found that if I name the box,
it works.
