HOW DO YOU COPY AN AUDIO CD (NOT A MUSIC CD) TO A DIGITAL RECORDER. I THEN
NEED TO HAVE IT TRANSLATED BY DRAGON SPEECH INTO TEXT TO APPEAR ON SCREEN

Will Dragon Speech do this? What's the point of the digital recorder here?
You can connect a CD player to the line input of your sound card - see
http://www.gmayor.com/copy_vinyl_to_CDR.htm . Whether at the end of the day
you can get Dragon Speech to translate that audio signal into text that can
be used in a Word document is, I suspect, unlikely, but the writers of
Dragon Speech are the folks to ask.
