I have the correct files in my Terminal Services folder to
copy and paste, but i am unable to do it. Any ideas?

per kb244732. there were 2 files that should be placed in
the terminal services folder. They are fxfr.dll and
rdpdr.dll.

What do you mean by "correct files"? What OS is your TS,
2000 or 2003? What RDP Client are you using, i.e. 5.0,
5.1, 5.2? If you're using 2000 TS, are you using the
resource kit rdpclip utility or a 3rd party app like
TSDropCopy or WtsFtp?
File copy/paste between 2000 TS & RDP clients is NOT
natively supported w/o add-ons.

Is also states

To make the File Copy tool work, you need to make changes on the Windows 2000 Server as well as each client.

Did you do this? What client version are you using
