Copy and Paste from Word

I wrote a newsletter using Word because of the formatting options. When I
copy and paste into Outlook Express I lose the formatting. I sent a test
copy to myself directly from word and also lost the formatting. I also
copied and pasted into Outlook and the same thing happens.

How do I send the newsletter and keep the style intact?

So are we talking about Outlook or Outlook Express right now?
Which version?

Make sure you are composing in HTML format.

I can use either Outlook or Outlook Express. I tried both. I guess I want
to talk about the one that is the best choice for what I'm trying to do. If
I compose using HTML will that keep the format the same?

HTML should mostly keep it intact indeed. Plain Text can't hold any
formatting.
