Copy an e-mail from one distribution list to another

I am using Outllook 2007 on an exchange server.

How do I copy an e-mail address (Not part of my GAL or my contacts) from one
distribution list to another without having to copy and past the e-mail
address and the name separately.

The drag and drop does not work from one list to the other.
And right click on the e-mail address or the name, does not bring up the
option to copy.

There is no other way that would be any easier.
