Copy Administrator Profile

I just upgraded to XP from NT. I always logged on as
Admin. in NT and all my programs use that profile.

XP is reluctant to allow you to logon to the Admin.
profile (although you can make a change to allow it).

If I go along with XP's preferences and log on as someone
else (with admin. privileges), most of my programs (such
as Dreamweaver) forget everything they've learned (such as
the "site" information for all the websites I run).

XP allows you to copy the profile of any user EXCEPT the
admin. account.

Does anyone know how to solve this problem so I can copy
my admin. profile to a "normal" logon account?

There is really no advantage to making a new profile if
it is also going to be an admin.
You can copy any profile, if you do it correctly.
(try after a fresh reboot using a third account that is
neither the copied from nor copied to account)
TweakUI from the XP Powertoys (or a reg hack) will
make the Administrator account visible on the welcome
screen, and you can log into any account in Pro by use
of alt-cntrl-del-del
