Copy a user account & create duplicate account w/new name?

Is there any way to do a wholesale copy of one user account and create
a new account with a new name? Perhaps some add on utility?

Windows Easy Transfer will copy all files and settings from one user account

Thanks, I will look into it. In the meantime, I also found that if you
go into My Comp -> System -> Advanced System Settings -> Advanced ->
User Profiles you can copy them there. That's probably not as
comprehensive as what you suggested but meets my immediate needs to
duplicate basic settings.

Strange that they don't put the ability to copy user profiles in the
user profiles area... but MS does still, after all these years, have
a totally disorganized system management "strategy".
