Coptying full pages with text boxes

I am drawing flow charts using 3 Text boxes.Do i need to
copy and paste each box cause this is a nightmare with
spacing . Would like to copy whole and place in new
document. How can it be doner without messing around
copying 4 or 5 text boxes on a page?

Have you tried activating the selection arrow on the drawing toolbar, then
"drawing" a frame around all of the text boxes you wish to include (must be
100% included within your drawn box) -- that should collect them all -- and
when you copy you should get them all.

Give that a try!

Select all your text boxes and any connectors. Right click
on the last selection for the context menu. Group.
