coolwebsearch false positive ?

Is anybody aware of a coolwebsearch false positive issue
with Microsoft Antispyware?

On my system I get a positive when logging into a user
other than the admin user...removing the spyware does not
seem to work as I always get a positive when I run in non
admin mode.

Yes I have used spysubtrack ( it did not find
coolwebsearch )...and yes I have uninstalled and
installed Microsoft Antisypware.

Any suggestions?

According to coolwebshredder there isn't any
coolwebsearch file on my computer.

Can I assume that it's a false positive?

Yes, when I boot up, not in safe mode, MS Antispy warns
me about CoolWeb, but I ran cool web shredder didn't find
it.

It changes so often that utils out there fail to keep up.
