Cool tool: Insert, play, print Flash movies

Hello,
This is a shamless plug for a new tool that I love, it really will make
working with flash in PowerPoint simple. It allows you to insert, play,
prints, create stills from the movie, loop, even change the colour of
the flash movie.

Here is a discription from their website:

A must for any individual or company that uses flash in its
presentations
http://www.internalsupport.net/in-shop-flash.html

The flash toolbar is designed to make it simple to insert movies,
change movie settings and to avoid common problems that often occur
when presenting flash movies. For example, movies not starting from the
beginning. To correct this, the toolbar automatically checks and
rewinds all flash movies during a presentation.

This software has been professionally developed by the same programmers
who created the presentation and communication software used by some of
the world's leading companies. Working with companies ranging in size
from 1,000 to 150,000 employees spread across the globe, we have been
able to develop rigorously tested, secure and user friendly software
solutions. This makes this software the ideal choice for both
individuals and corporations.

In addition, this software has been digitally signed (with a third
party commercial signature) to ensure that it is spyware and
virus-free, and can also be used with the Microsoft Office security
setting set at maximum.

This tool is compatible with Windows running PowerPoint: 2000, XP and
2003.

The tool and functions:

Basic overview of the tools within the Flash Toolbar

Insert flash movie
Inserts a flash movie with a single click and allows you to set any
'insert' option, e.g. Auto-play, Embed movie, background colour, etc.

Loop flash movie / Un-loop flash movie
Click once on the icon and it will change the default play setting of
the flash movie to play once or play continuously.

Set flash movie to play automatically / Set flash movie to manual play
Click once on the icon and it will change the default play setting of
the flash movie, either to play as soon as the slide is displayed
during a presentation, or to wait until the user clicks on the movie.

Create a static image slide of the flash movie slide (for print or
email)
Allows you to convert the flash movie into a series of still images
that can be printed or emailed.

Rewind all flash movies within the presentation
Click once on the icon and the tool will loop through the presentation
slide-by-slide, checking for flash movies, and then rewind them all to
the beginning.

Movie settings
Click once on the icon and it will display all the flash movie
settings.

Remove flash movies and macros
Click once on the icon and the tool will loop through the presentation
slide-by-slide checking for flash movies and macros, it will then
remove both. This may be required if you intend to email the
presentation.

Automatic Play-Back
Once the Flash Toolbar has been installed, it will automatically watch
all presentations to see if flash has been used. If so, and the flash
movie has not been correctly rewound, it will automatically rewind the
flash movie. This corrects a common problem/limitation of flash movies
not rewinding to their beginning during a presentation, but starting
from the point at which they were last stopped.

Give it a go.

hey - thanks for the heads up on this. We just bought a site license
for it. Really has saved us hours of work. Nice that you can try it for
a full month first too.
