In my Internet Options, under the Privacy tab I have
sellected the "Low" option to allow all cookies. Yet when
my wife tries to access the e-mail site I have set up for
her, through my ISP the message that my Browser is not
accepting cookies keeps coming up. Yet when I enter sites
like banking or lottery which also use cookies, I have no
problems. Any wizzkids out there that can help solve my
problem would be appreciated.

Possibly you have added her ISP to the block list under Sites on the Privacy
tab?
