I have done everything I possibly can to enable cookies
and still there are many websites I cannot access cause
they ask me to enable cookies. I have set my security
and privacy on low.

This might help:- go to Tools, Internet Options, Privacy,
Advanced, unclick Override automatic cookie handling,
click OK etc.
