in IE is there any way to set like 8 or 9 cookies so they don't get erased?

im a member on a couple of forums but i frequently erase my cookies, is
there any way to set it so the cookies from thoes sites don't get erased so
i don't have to keep logging in, but have all the others erased...

I tried setting the ones I want kept as read only, but when you erase the
others, although it keeps the read only ones when i got to thoes sites it
creates new ones of the same name with [2] becide them, and i still have to
log in

Get Firefox, which has extensive Cookie management that will do just what
you want...and it's a far better brower, in general, than the dated I.E.,
which will then become your back up.

go to http://ccleaner.com/ and download the app. CCleaner will kill all the
crappy files you want and you can easily set exceptions to the rule. It's a
small application and it's freeware.
