I am using WinXP2, and I wanted to control my cookies, I installed a program
that asks if I allow, allow for session or deny. I made a mistakeand hit Deny
a bit too fast for Yahoo mail. And I can't sign in. I have 2 Yahoo emails,
one is ok not the other one.

I uninstalled the program did a restore to a previous point, but I still
have the same error message that my cookies are refused. I can see in
"cookies" that thefirst one appear, not the second. Is there a way to add a
cookie manually?

Thanks a lot for your help

Why you need another Program and IE has the ability to Allow or Disallow
Cookies on the settings?
Here how to do it and check if the cookies been blocked/disallowed here.
1... Click start >> Control Panel >> Double Click Network and Internet
Connections >> Double click Internet Options, on the IE Properties window
you will see these Options:
General | Security | Privacy | Content | Connections | Programs
| Advanced .

Click on Privacy Tab then click on Sites Button.
On Per site privacy actions check under this option for the site:
Managed websites:
______________________________________|
Sites here....
///////////////////////
[ Remove..]
//////////////////////////////////////
[Remove all..]

You can Highlight the site name in this box and click on Remove to remove
from the Disallowed or allowed state.

Also you can assign it on the input text box above under :
Address of website:
[ ] [
Block ]

[Allow ]

Run disk clean up or delete your Temp while on the IE properties by clicking
on General tab then on Delete button under browsing history then click on on
clear all.
Scan for malware from here:
http://onecare.live.com/site/en-gb/default.htm?s_cid=sah
http://onecare.live.com/standard/en-gb/default.htm

Reboot your machine then try, does the site allowed or you got the alert to
allow or disallow cookies?
Finally, what the program name it will much of help to know if it created an
entry in the hosts file to block the site!.

= Open the Windows
Explorer and locate this path:
C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc = look in the Right Pane/window for this
file called the HOSTS file but not the one with the extension *.SAM* leave
this as is.
If you can't see it try to click Tools >> Folder Options and select show
Hidden files and folder, then right Click the Hosts file and select open with
Notepad.
There see any reference for that site and remove it, you Hosts file will
looks like this:
# 102.54.94.97 rhino.acme.com # Source server
# 38.25.63.10 x.acme.com # Client Host
127.0.0.1 LocalHost
------------------------------------------
Remove all other References other than those above.
You can also try to assign the web address in the trusted zone on the IE
properties.
