Cookies, or "Warning: page has Expired"

I am keep getting "Warning: Page has Expired" page,
everytime I am trying to get back to results of any kind
of search in browser. I suspect it has something to do
with Cookies.
Also, when I sign "log me automatically" on different
websites, it does not remember it next time I am trying
to log in to that site.
Can you tell me what do I need to enable or disable.

There's a good possibility that this is being caused by a third-party
program (adware, spyware, parasite).
