It was freeware when I got it too and I *still* use it in fact.
Ziff-Davis/CNET or whatever the hell they call themselves, got greedy
and started charging for access to download it. The PC Mag utilities
always (or almost always) had that distribution limitation. Too bad
too, because CookieCop is a great program. Still, Mozilla handles
cookies so well that I'm thinking of dumping CC.
