Hi-

I have a customer who is using AOL and is trying to upload resume's on
Monster and Career Builder.com web sites, and she is having some serious
issues with the cookies not being enabled.

She retrieved some instructions from "Career Builder", stating that her
Internet Explorer is bad, or corrupted. Her verison is 6.0.xxx and it seems
current with SP2.

Could this possbily be an IE problem, or is AOL to blame?

I am having her attempt to use Firefox now to see if this problem
disappears, unless you feel differently on the matter - and may know why she
is having these cookies problem?

Thanks!

She can try and set IE to enable cookies. But I call AOL as AOL HELL. I would call AOL

Is she using the AOL browser or IE to access these sites?

Hi PA Bear-

I will pass this along to my customer and see if her problems become remedy,
although there are many possibilities here which could easily cause and
prevent such a task to be acomplish, but I will see what will happen.

Again, thanks!

Hi PA Bear-

She contacted me back with this response:

"Thanks for the information. I talked to aol this morning we went through to
clear select footprints for the I don't know how many times I've done it but
it worked. So I can finish filling in the stuff on career..."

It looks like AOL helped her with the issue on why she couldn't do what she
needed.

Thanks a million again, and hopefully we can resolve another issue in the
coming future.

Have a wonderful weekend!
