If you can import the .wmv file into Windows
Movie Maker you can drag it to the timeline
and save it as follows
To save as an .avi movie file...
(and several other options)
Type...Ctrl+P to open the Save Movie Wizard /
Choose...My Computer /
Next /
Enter a Name and a Save Location /
Next /
Show More Choices /
Other Settings /
Open the drop window and choose...DV-AVI /
Next /
Wait while the movie is saved /
Finish...

When you have a question...please
begin a new thread.
Sorry but I don't understand exactly
what you are trying to accomplish.
What format is the file current saved in?
And how...exactly...are you trying to
convert it?
Hiya john, i know to convert movie maker projects into normal wmv,
avi now after reading the other Q and A's lol.......but my problem is
when i convert them the display is darker, quite obviously
darker......any reasons why that might be?
That sounds like a file compatibility problem, it shouldn't take too long to
do the job. What files do you have on the timeline and how long is your
movie?
