You could try Windows Help and Support! - Put NTFS into
the Search - then look in the little window and click the
relevant item and you'll get precise instructions!

Just go to the Command Prompt and execute the command:

C:\> CONVERT C: /fs:ntfs

Where C: is a name of the drive you want to convert.

After machine re-boot conversion process will start and you'll have your
FAT32 converted to NTFS without of data loss.

If you are looking to convert, do this:

open a command prompt and at the prompt type:

convert c: /fs:ntfs (where c: is your hard drive)

reboot the computer and the convert will take place.
