converting text to a cell address

I am trying to calculate a number (to be used as a row number), mesh the
colum letter with the calcualted number (e.g. =("A"&G13)) and cannot figure
out how to use the resutls as a cell address (e.g., if =("A"&G13) results in
A53, I can't use it to read the content/value of cell A53)
