Converting standard install shield.exe into a MSI for AD group install

Anyone know the easiest way to go about this? What tools I could
possible use? Point me in the right direction?

I want to convert a Antivirus install shield program to a MSI file and
use AD for install.

I use Installer2Go 3.2.1 to package anything from Hotfixes from time to time
to other exe programs. I create an MSI that calls the EXE with the
appropriate Quiets switches.
