Converting Seconds to mm:ss format

I am working with data from a call center. All time
measurements comes across as a numeric value for the
number of seconds. ex 90 would be 1:30 745 would be
12:25 If I use the cell formatting mm:ss, this does
not convert properly. How do I convert the number into
corresponding minutes and seconds

if your value is in A1 try
=TIME(0,0,A1)
and format the target cell as time
