converting PPC2003 code written in VS2005 C# to CE5.0

I'm trying to convert my PPC2003 code so it will be able to work on
CE5.0.
I opened a CE5.0 project and added my source files to the new project.
I have few problems:
1) the profram is much slower then it is on the PPC2003
2) the GUI has changed (some of the tabs on the panels changed places
and
some of the textboxs got lost...

is there something I need to do to get the program to be the same as
on PPC2003?

P.S
I also changed the screen size to the right size (1/4 VGA)

I think you must be aware of this, anyways..
Try Change Target Platform option by openning your solution then right
click on your project name select Change Target Platform.
