Converting Plain Text to HTML

Sometimes I get messages in plain text. When I open it and go to Format,
the option to change it into HTML is greyed out. Is there any way to
change the message to HTML? I am running Outlook 2000 Premium with all
the updates.

Click reply as if you're actually going to reply to the email, change the
format, then save the email (file, save).

It shouldn't be, but click Edit>Edit Message and then you should be able to
click Format>HTML
