Converting PDF back to PPT

Guest

I have a PDF file converted from a PPT file. The background of this PDF file
is very dark and wastes a lot of ink when printing. How can I convert it
back to a PPT file and then remove the background design before I print?
Thank you.

Not really possible

As Steve R said (or words to the effect) "You can make stew out of cows but
cows out of stew is a bit trickier!"

Same is true of ppt and pdf

Hello hf321

You can reverse engineer a PDF using a graphics program like Corel Draw,
Freehand, Adobe Illustrator, etc. Then you will be able to change the colors
and export out a new PDF.

If you don't have a program to open your PDFs please feel free to contact
me.
Thank you

Ideally, you'd want to go back to the original PPT file, change it, then remake
the PDF.

If that's not possible, there are programs that claim to be able to convert PDFs
to PPT/Word/etc. Google "PDF to PowerPoint" or similar terms to find them.

Or if you have Acrobat, you may be able to use its editing features to select
and remove the b/g.

There are tools out there which can convert a PDF file in WMF file(s), one
per page.
And with a VB script you can easily import (and edit) the WMF files in
PowerPoint.

Please contact me directly if you need more information.
