converting months to years and months???

I have used the following formula to work out the difference between two days
and it provides me an answer in months.
=(YEAR(A4)-YEAR(A3))*12+MONTH(A4)-MONTH(A3)
However if the difference is 15 months, how do i convert this to read 1 year
and 3 months?

With the date in A2:
=DATEDIF(A1,a2,"y")&" Years "&DATEDIF(A1,a2,"ym")&" Months"
