Converting inches to feet & inches.

How do I create a formula to convert inches to show feet and inches
(examples, 118.75 = 9' 10 3/4" , 85.875 = 7' 1 7/8")?

There may be something more elegant but this works:

=ROUNDDOWN(INT(A1)/12,0)&"'"&" "&MOD(INT(A1),12)&TEXT(A1-
INT(A1),"# ??/??")&""""
